Provides overall leadership and direction for Cromwell Scout Group and coordinates the group’s activities and development.
Assistant Scout Leaders
Support the Group Leader in planning and delivering Scout programs, activities and training.
Youth Leaders / Senior Scouts
Older Scouts are encouraged to take responsibility and support younger members while developing their own leadership skills.
